Philadelphia indie folk artist + fingerstyle guitarist Kristin Daelyn is rooted in the comfort and simplicity of folk - weaving threads of intricate guitar with intimate storytelling to create a tender world of nostalgia and introspection.

With fingers dancing gracefully across the strings, her fingerstyle technique is a delicate balance between technical proficiency and emotional expression. Each pluck and strum serves as a brushstroke, creating vivid sonic canvases that resonate with the essence of her wistful voice. Her poetic lyrics are carefully crafted and invite listeners to immerse themselves in intertwining themes of love, longing, nature, and the depth of human experience.

Daelyn self engineered and produced her first two albums “Waning” and “Gardens and Plantings”.  Recording both albums at home, she invites you into an almost private space to share personal musings.  Her most recent double single, "Into the Quarry", was recorded with Danny Black (Good Old War, Gregory Alan Isakov) and released July 2023.

Her compositions have been featured on WXPN, NPR, MTV, Philadelphia Magazine and Gems on VHS.
